D\u00fcnyan\u0131n en \u00f6nemli pazarlar\u0131ndan biri olan ve tek plastiksiz pazar olma \u00f6zelli\u011fi ta\u015f\u0131yan Slow Food Yery\u00fcz\u00fc Pazar\u0131 Tarsus’ta Kubatpa\u015fa medresesi \u00f6n\u00fcnde yeniden kuruldu.<\/p>\n\n\n\n
Slow Food Hareketi \u00f6nc\u00fcl\u00fc\u011f\u00fcnde kurulan d\u00fcnyada alt\u0131 pazardan biri olan ve y\u00fczde 80\u2019i kad\u0131nlardan olu\u015fan Tarsus Yery\u00fcz\u00fc Pazar\u0131\u2019nda \u00fcreticiler plastiksiz, temiz ve \u00e7evre dostu \u00fcr\u00fcnlerini t\u00fcketiciye sunuyor.<\/p>\n\n\n\n
Her y\u0131l ekim-haziran aras\u0131 kurulan pazar\u0131n yeni sezon a\u00e7\u0131l\u0131\u015f\u0131nda Tarsus Belediye Ba\u015fkan\u0131 Ali Bolta\u00e7 da haz\u0131r bulundu. \u00dcreticilerin stantlar\u0131n\u0131 tek tek ziyaret eden Ba\u015fkan Bolta\u00e7; “kad\u0131na, \u00fcretime ve sa\u011fl\u0131kl\u0131 t\u00fcketime deste\u011fimiz hep s\u00fcrecek” dedi.<\/p>\n\n\n\n
Sezon a\u00e7\u0131l\u0131\u015f\u0131nda pazar\u0131 gezen Ba\u015fkan Bolta\u00e7, \u00fcreticilerin emeklerini takdir etti\u011fini belirterek, “Slow Food Yery\u00fcz\u00fc Pazar\u0131, Tarsus\u2019un yerel \u00fcreticilerini ve tar\u0131msal de\u011ferlerini korumak i\u00e7in b\u00fcy\u00fck bir f\u0131rsat. Biz de belediye olarak bu pazara ve \u00fcreticilerimize her t\u00fcrl\u00fc deste\u011fi sunmaya devam edece\u011fiz. Slow Food Yery\u00fcz\u00fc Pazar\u0131 Derne\u011fi Ba\u015fkan\u0131 Yasmina \u015eelfun Lokmano\u011flu ise Tarsus Slow Food Yery\u00fcz\u00fc Pazar\u0131’n\u0131n yapt\u0131\u011f\u0131 \u00e7al\u0131\u015fmalarla kendini ispatlad\u0131\u011f\u0131n\u0131 ve Uluslararas\u0131 Slow Food a\u011f\u0131 taraf\u0131ndan ‘T\u00fcrkiye’nin En \u0130yi Pazar\u0131’ se\u00e7ildi\u011fini belirterek \u201cSon 1 y\u0131ld\u0131r uygulad\u0131\u011f\u0131m\u0131z proje sayesinde pazar\u0131m\u0131zda art\u0131k s\u0131f\u0131r plastik kullan\u0131m\u0131 s\u00f6z konusu. Projemizi pazar\u0131n her a\u015famas\u0131nda hayata ge\u00e7irmi\u015f durumday\u0131z. Yapt\u0131\u011f\u0131m\u0131z kontrol mekanizmas\u0131, bilgilendirme ve fark\u0131ndal\u0131k \u00e7al\u0131\u015fmalar\u0131 sayesinde \u00fcreticimiz bilin\u00e7li. \u00dcr\u00fcnlerin \u00fcretim, sunum ve sat\u0131\u015f esnas\u0131nda pazar\u0131m\u0131zda hi\u00e7 plastik olmamas\u0131 bize \u00fclkemizin plastiksiz garantili ilk pazar\u0131 olma \u00f6zelli\u011fini kazand\u0131rd\u0131” ifadesini kulland\u0131.<\/p>\n\n\n\n
Slow Food Yery\u00fcz\u00fc Pazar\u0131 iki haftada bir pazar g\u00fcnleri Kubatpa\u015fa Medresesi \u00f6n\u00fcnde kuruluyor ve yerel halk\u0131n do\u011fal \u00fcr\u00fcnlere ula\u015fmas\u0131n\u0131 sa\u011fl\u0131yor. B\u00f6lgedeki \u00e7ift\u00e7iler ve k\u00fc\u00e7\u00fck \u00f6l\u00e7ekli \u00fcreticiler, bu pazarda geleneksel y\u00f6ntemlerle \u00fcrettikleri sebze, meyve, zeytin, peynir, bal ve el yap\u0131m\u0131 bir\u00e7ok \u00fcr\u00fcn\u00fc do\u011frudan t\u00fcketiciye sunuyor. Pazarda yer alan t\u00fcm \u00fcr\u00fcnler, kimyasal katk\u0131 maddesi kullan\u0131lmadan do\u011fal yollarla \u00fcretiliyor.<\/p>\n\n\n\n
